We are confident in the services we provide but in the unlikely event of your disappointment or dissatisfaction with the said services or products, please contact us at your convenience and we will take all reasonable steps to resolve the matter.

In the event that the information relating to the product or service on our website is inaccurate or we do not deliver the service we have promised, we will refund you according to the original payment method. The sum refunded will be equal to any unused portion of any service purchased less any discount enjoyed at the time of purchase. For example. If a purchase of an annual service is made and a refund is requested immediately, we will refund the full amount. If a refund is requested after 7 days, we will refund the full amount minus the normal rate for a 7 day contract for this service. Refund periods are calculated on a daily basis.

With relation to pre-paid advertising, we are not able to offer refunds except were it can be shown that we have mis-represented the service or advert contracted for.
